Do your rates include include support?

Not at the moment!
At present we are not hiring full-time staff. but, we are always happy to hear from people who would like to become a preferred supplier and who can expand on our services for our clients.
What prep should I do to hire you for a project?
Nothing to start
All you need to do is simply get in contact for an initial, no obligation, conversation regarding your business job. I will let you know what you need to provide so I may complete the job efficiently, to brief and on time. Here are some jobs that I typically provide as an online business support service and you may wish to outsource.
How do I take delivery of my task?
Via The Cloud
As we are a remote business solution service we deliver all tasks via a web-based sharing portal such as Dropbox or Google Drive. If stationery or printed brochures, documents etc are required these will be delivered to your work place by the chosen printers. Delivery restrictions may apply depending on location. Any SEO work can be made available via a dashboard so you can view the progress of your website, blog etc.
How long do tasks take to complete?
This really depends on the task…
…itself and the quantity of work needed to complete it. Most of our clients use us on a retainer basis as they need the same tasks completed on a monthly basis. One off projects can be anywhere from a week to a few months. Whatever the task I assure you it will be done in the quickest time possible. All our hours and billing are transparent. If there are no changes to the agreed brief and deadline you will not pay anymore than agreed even if it means we have put in more hours.
Do you handle international orders?
Yes we do
I have completed many tasks for clients in Thailand, Spain, Portugal, The Dominican Republic and Central America. That’s the joy of using a virtual online marketing and business support service such as ours. It also allows me to work from anywhere in the World and still deliver the same top quality results for my clients.
What payment options do you have?

We are able to process most payment cards via PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to do this) which is a worldwide service and very secure. Other payment methods are by direct bank deposit and direct debits (retainers). By agreement and before taking on any project we will be happy to discuss any other payment options our clients may wish to use.
Are there virtual business support services you don't offer??
Unfortunately we are unable to make or take calls as it takes up most of the hours in the day and we don’t get the chance to take a breath!
What are your hours of operation?
9am – 5.30pm
We tend to work normal office hours. But, are very aware this is not always possible. When needed we will be flexible in our working hours to suit our clients.
